Please fill out the claim form in case you’ve experienced an unsuccessful transaction on one of our ATMs:
- You’ve bought coins but haven’t recevied them to your wallet
- You’ve sold coins but haven’t received cash
- You’ve sold coins but have forgotten to pick up the cash
Refunds are handled only during business days and will take between 1-2 business days in case there’s nothing unusual in the transaction.
